Quads over quads only badbeat?????????

At motorcity casino in detroit they have a badbeat of quads over quads only

each player must have a pair in their hands..........in other words quad 4 over quad 3 would get the pot???

No straight flushes or royal counts??

My question is what are the odds of hitting it???

Current pot is 230,000.....................

could play poker every day for a lifetime and never see that....or could see it twice in a week.....i've seen 2 royal flushes in the same game in about a 3 hour span, have never seen it since (where the guy was holding 2 cards to it).....
